Why didn’t I receive credits even though I paid?

In most cases, this happens because the payment did not actually go through. Even if you initiated the recharge, the transaction may have failed silently without you noticing. Common reasons include:

  • The payment was declined by your bank

  • The payment timed out before completion

You can confirm the payment status in a few ways:

  • Stripe checkout page – check the final status of your transaction

  • Email inbox – check whether you received a notification about a failed payment

  • Settings →Plans and Billing → Manage Billing – review your subscription and payment history

👉 If you see a failed payment, please contact your issuing bank for more details. Once the payment is successfully processed, your credits will be added automatically.
