Can I get compensation for credits?

We understand that unexpected issues may occur during the building process.

If your issue remains unresolved or you need further assistance, please contact our support team and include:

  • A clear description of the problem

  • Relevant screenshots

In some cases, we may provide compensation in the form of credits, which cannot be exchanged for cash.

However, compensation will not be provided in the following cases:

  • AI output quality issues, unsatisfactory results, or problems caused by prompts or user settings

  • User environment issues, scheduled maintenance or rate limits, and third-party service disruptions

Multiple compensation requests related to the same issue will be reviewed and processed together.
